Psychotherapy

I am an integrative psychotherapist and clinical psychologist who blends evidence-informed models—ACT, CFT, IFS, CBT-E/CBT, and DBT skills training—within a trauma-informed, strengths-oriented frame. Each client’s plan is tailored: we choose the tools that best fit your goals, values, culture, neurotype and pace.

My main areas of specialism include ADHD and autism in adults, feeding and eating disorders, impulse control disorders, chronic conditions and trauma-informed care.

In my work around sex and relationships, I focus on value-based self-exploration, intimacy and relationships in neurodivergent individuals, kink- and sexuality-affirming practice, gender identity and sexuality exploration, poly-friendly therapy and sexual trauma.

Human rights, inclusion, LGBTQ+, and peace activism are central to my identity. I left my country of origin to stay true to my values.

I offer a safe and inclusive space for people from diverse backgrounds to explore and work through a wide range of challenges. It’s essential to me to work with their unique stories and life context in mind, using a transdiagnostic approach that focuses on uncovering strengths while finding ways to balance limitations.

I also deliver lectures and courses for both mental health professionals and the general public on topics such as:
– Neurodiversity and the social disability model
– AuDHD in underrepresented groups
– Sexuality and gender diversity in neurocomplexity
– AuDHD and comorbid conditions
